enjoyable stay at this hotel

the hotel location is super. i had a family of two adults. also two kids stayed in two rooms. rooms are spacious and align with what you would expect from a hotel in this area. the pool area is cool.
the shower drain did not work at first. a repair was needed after the bathroom was flooding. the breakfast was not great. the eggs were honestly terrible.

the hotel restaurant overlooks the lake. it is possible to eat on a sheltered outside terrace. i saw many guests enjoying their meals outside and the staff was very attentive.

the staff are friendly and helpful. the front desk staff helped arrange transportation to Milan. the receptionists gave my dog a gift. they also gave a great upgrade to a sea view room.

The pool area was AMAZING!!! the pool staff were very friendly and helpful. the location is great. It's a short walk to the city center. the beds were comfortable. I slept like a baby!
The shower was a bit small. It felt built for midgets, haha.

I really appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. They were always available. the outdoor pool was very clean. i liked that the hotel is located on the lake front. i could walk easily to the main shopping area and restaurants!!!
The minibar was completely empty. There wasn't even tea or coffee available in my room.

the hotel sits close to the lake, a super advantage. it is near the town center, a short, nice walk. the convenience is very high, especially on sunday market day.

the outdoor pool area looked amazing and luxurious!!! i saw that the building architecture is late 19th century, very wonderful. the hotel offers excellent facilities that resulted in us enjoying our stay a lot.

my room was spacious with a sofa and chairs. i found plenty of hanging space and hangers. i liked having different curtain options, light ones for privacy or heavy ones for blackout at night. the bathroom was a decent size.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, REALLY. The pool area had 20 loungers and a shaded section.
The gym WAS TOO small.
