amazing stay!
beautiful garden superb fountain lake view
oh my gosh, the gardens are so well cared for and pretty. water fountains are superb. it's in such a great spot with awesome views of the lake and mountains. and guess what? they have their own beach and easy access to lake ferries. close to lake ferries.
i think maybe the gym fee should be included. it felt kind of inconvenient that it costs extra to use.

Mixed Feelings, Some Issues Detracted From the Stay
gym fee slow service
I encountered a few issues . The gym access required an extra fee, I found this quite irritating. The poolside service was slow, it was hard to get a drink. My room lacked basic amenities like coffee. the experience felt somewhat underwhelming.

tasteful facility lake view perfect location ferry terminal
i found the hotel facility tasteful and not overpowering. it seemed to have everything anyone could need. the view from the room was unbelievable. the location felt perfect with the lake ferry terminal nearby.
the gym cost 12 euros to use each day. i thought access to it should have been free.
