I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms with a mountain view and balcony were good, but they didn't feel quite up to a 5-star standard. Unfortunately, the room I had didn't offer a good view. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist with restaurant reservations and travel advice while maintaining a high level of hospitality, even accommodating a late check-out request without any fuss. The location was convenient, especially for accessing the ski slopes, although it felt noisy and crowded at times. The dining experience had its ups and downs with fantastic offerings but needing some improvements. The facilities provided were satisfactory, but there's room for enhancement in some areas.
