entertaining staff comfortable sun loungers soundproofing issue worn equipment

the pools are large i chose to be close to the action with the very entertaining entertainment staff. they work very hard to make it a lot of fun all day and night plenty of space for very comfortable sun loungers is provided some include umbrellas close to the bar.

i noticed the lack of soundproofing in the rooms i could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. the gym equipment showed signs of wear some machines were out of service which limited workout options.

extreme knots body pain

stacey-ann at the spa is knowledgeable and after one session i am feeling so rejuvenated. my all over body pain has gone from a 10 to a 1. the result is not easy for someone who has extreme knots and in constant pain!!!

i did find hair in the hotel towels, a bummer.

mediocre stay with noticeable issues

filthy curtains adults-only sections

i probably wouldn't book again unless it was on the luxury adults only side, but there was practically nothing here that caters to couples, single sex groups or solo travelers. there were no adults only sections of the pool or restaurants and the only events or activities for adults were at past 10pm at night. the room its-self was also a bit of a disappointment, especially the curtains that were filthy.
