Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered stunning views of the rainforest and Arenal volcano, complete with a fantastic double Jacuzzi and rain shower. The service was attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond. The location provided priceless views of the garden and vegetation, making it easy to enjoy the mountainside thermal waters. The dining options were excellent, catering to everyone's tastes. While the facilities were top-notch, there were some minor issues with the reception service.

I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The rooms were not only comfortable but of high quality, and we even got the two connecting rooms we requested with a king and two queen beds. The service was amazing, extremely helpful, professional, and the staff had a great command of English which made communication easy.
