I was blown away by the excellent location and the incredibly friendly staff at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and perfect for a relaxing stay, although they showed a bit of wear and tear. The pool area was just what I needed to unwind. However, encountering 'Fernando' at the reception was a highlight, until one lady at the front desk slightly tarnished the impeccable service.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms offered the best views overlooking the lagoon and the pool area, although a bit noisy with the cupboard doors open. The location was amazing, and the dining options were top-notch. However, the service was a bit standoffish, and there were some issues with customer appreciation and service quality.
The hotel may look a bit tired from the outside, but the rooms are great with comfy beds, and the pool area is perfect. The service is top-notch overall, with only a minor hiccup at the front desk. The location is excellent, and the dining options serve yummy food. Overall, a place I'd love to revisit despite any minor flaws.
