The hotel's location is AMAZING if you plan to use the subway!!! The side door provides direct access to Grand Central Station. It was very convenient. The doormen were helpful flagging down taxis, which I appreciated greatly. My room was large. I was not expecting such space.

the location was acceptable, right next to grand central station.
The room was disappointing. the air conditioning barely cooled, and it was quite noisy making it hard to sleep. the staff seemed bothered when i asked about it. They said they'd look at it, but nothing changed.

The hotel's proximity to transportation hubs was convenient.
The air conditioning in the room did not function correctly, and I was told that a room change was not possible. Maintenance was scheduled to visit the room but never came. This caused sleep disruption and overall frustration.

breakfast was good but a little overpriced. the hotel give $15 to spend in the small shop daily, this were a good touch. th restaurant staff gives an excellent customer service and they should be commended for their excellent hospitality.
