The service is friendly and accommodating, enhancing the stay. The location provides great options, especially for families, but the absence of a shuttle service could be improved. Dining options are well-maintained, with some limitations due to external factors.
My stay at the Grand was a mixed experience. The rooms, though boasting a beautiful view at no extra charge, were far below the standard of a four-star hotel, teeming with bugs and mold in the pool area. I have no plans of returning.
The hotel room was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious, featuring a king bed and additional amenities, but it was in need of updates and seemed outdated. The initial experience was not pleasant, with some confusion at the start.
