I found the location to be superb. It is right in the city center. The room was clean. Amenities are of great quality, I used them all.
The A/C did not cool like I prefer in the states. It was not a deal breaker though.

the staff was polite and helpful. i liked the modern and luxurious amenities. chromecast options are available such as netflix on the tv. the location is right IN the square. rooms get cleaned twice daily. the concierge are unbelievably helpful. they booked everything i needed.
i didn't like that the bar was DRAFTY. some plates in the restaurant were not cleaned well.

the staff is very responsive. reception staffs are helpful. i found the bellboys very nice. the girls who checked me in was pleasant. the staff smiles and greets guests. the staff is always helpful for any inquiry.

the hotel restaurants have Michelin star QUALITY. the restaurants offer good food. the breakfast is excellent, with good opportunities . products and cheeses are local. i found some workers do not use gloves in the restaurant.

the staff helped coordinate with a local pharmacy to replace my husband's forgotten eye medication the umbrellas were useful when it rained they also provided great restaurant recommendations housekeeping was also very attentive i am grateful. i found the accommodation to be impeccably presented it combined comfort with understated elegance cleanliness and functionality were maintained to a high standard i noticed strong management and disciplined operational procedures. i was upgraded to the royal dam view suite the room was very quiet and private i can't say enough about the room amenities the location was also excellent i would stay here again.
