an amazing stay!
fresh decor great quality amazing variety
the room was just beautiful! the luxury room middle had such fresh decor and it felt clean. we also loved the breakfast. the variety was amazing and everything was of great quality!
the bar felt a bit quiet, so we didn't stay there long

the staff provided very helpful service throughout our stay. at breakfast i watched how they promptly cleared tables. also, they made sure all guests had water or coffee almost immediately after seating. they really went the extra mile.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
understaffed front desk slow service
The location was great (very close to the city center).
The front desk seemed understaffed. I had to ask three times for a cup of coffee at breakfast and finally got it 20 minutes later, when I had nearly finished eating. It would be better to let people use the coffee machine themselves or ask them what they would like to drink right away.

a amazing stay!
city view great location
i got a ground floor room initially facing the main street however i requested a change and they moved me to a spacious room on the fourth floor the city view was awesome i explored the marvelous gym and spa too! the hotel and its amenities are beautiful and the location is superb for visiting the area and its markets.
i left my electric toothbrush in the bathroom after i left i contacted the hotel they said they would follow up the next day but they never did i sent an email which went unanswered i was disappointed nobody took responsibility

water absence medical reason
breakfast offered a buffet with plenty of choice, a real treat before a day of exploring.
I was disappointed by the lack of drinking water in the room. I needed a lot of water for medical reasons. i checked in late at 10 pm, so the absence of water was a significant issue. the staff did not seem to consider this at all. it was quite upsetting, i had expected better preparation.

I found the breakfast fantastic. The staff were great and very friendly also. I ate at the bistro. I had great food and service. The hotel location is within walking distance of attractions.
