friendly staff excellent transport
the staff was friendly and helpful. the reception area provides a warm welcome. i appreciated the hotel's excellent transport links.
the sink in my bathroom was quite small. it was also low to the ground. this made it difficult to fill the kettle and organize toiletries.

super clean bathroom friendly staff
I stayed in a beautiful double room and it was super clean. the bathroom was super clean and everything worked perfectly!!! i found the staff to be lovely and friendly. They were really willing to help me with anything i needed.
the restaurant didn't have a coffee machine for breakfast, just press coffee, which wasn't strong enough for me.

wet towel ineffective heating
the room lacked thorough cleaning a wet hand towel remained under the sink the heating system also seemed ineffective and the air conditioning was constantly running i found the bed smaller than expected for the room size i had booked similarly the tea tray offered minimal items and was unclean

helpful staff convenient transport reasonable price
I found the staff to be helpful and the bar prices were reasonable. the proximity to public transport was very convenient. I easily took a bus into central london. it made traveling around the area quite simple for me. overall, the hotel was reasonably priced and met my needs for this trip.
the hotel lacked some amenities and features i have come to expect.

helpful staff nearby restaurants underground stops
I found the staff helpful directing me to nearby restaurants. They even gave me tips on using the Tube. The hotel also scheduled a taxi TO the airport for me. The location is close. I could walk to three underground stops.
The furniture seemed a bit tired.
