The breakfast was great (especially the variety of pastries!). I appreciated the short walk to Paddington Station. It made getting around the city very easy. The staff stored our luggage after checkout, a very helpful service for a late departure.
The room I stayed in felt quite small. I found the noise from outside noticeable at times (it was a Club Double Room). I had some issues with the WiFi connection, needing to reconnect frequently.
