The concierge welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The friendly receptionist further enhanced our experience. Staff members were consistently polite, always happy to assist. The recently renovated room provided a lovely setting, a true pleasure after busy days. The breakfast selection stood out as the best I have experienced at any hotel, with multiple delicious options.
The wait times at the bar were slightly longer than expected, due to how busy it was.

Breakfast included various options with live cooking stations for egg dishes, ensuring freshly prepared meals. This was a particularly great feature. The bar area provided a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings, I found it to be a pleasant way to unwind.

The hotel is situated adjacent to the Brighton Centre, a very convenient detail for attending events. Its proximity to the beach offers easy access for walks, I took advantage of this several times and I will surely remember that.

The corridors looked very clean and well kept, I noticed they were very well cared for. The main bar looked busy, it also had a quirky and excellent atmosphere.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The parking service was convenient, I found the team very helpful.. I appreciated the beautiful décor. I found the bed very comfortable.
This meant some areas looked slightly worn. Hopefully, the updates will address these minor issues soon.

I found the location very convenient and close to the seafront. the room was recently renovated, and i appreciated its cleanliness. all members of the staff were friendly.
during my stay, i noticed that the wine glasses were not washed for five days. the spa prices are quite high. the restaurant remains closed on sundays, mondays, tuesdays, and wednesdays, inconvenient.
