The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean rooms and good service, but the location faced some challenges during severe weather. The dining experience was excellent with a great choice of dishes, although timing was crucial to enjoy it fully.
The hotel rooms are large with comfortable beds and bathrooms with separate bath and shower, more than adequate but not very clean. The hotel service was negatively affected by staff shortage, with limited friendliness and unhelpful interactions. The location, while good and not too busy at the time of year, is in the quiet old town, far from the desired area, with an expensive 10 euros taxi ride to the new town. The dining experience was repetitive, with cold food and flies present. However, the variety of food options was good. The facilities are outdated and claustrophobic, lacking in modern amenities.
The rooms were quite large, clean, modern, and equipped with a small fridge, but the air conditioning was basic and a little dated, providing no cool air at all. However, the staff were helpful and offered a room upgrade free of charge, showing great customer service. The pools were nice, and there was entertaining poolside every night.
