Romantic Getaway, A Place to Cherish
helpful staff welcome drink elevated service
My partner and i found the hotel staff helpful . The team provided a welcome drink on arrival, it was a lovely gesture. We enjoyed the mini-bar as it was restocked regularly with assorted beverages. The drink service at the buffet felt elevated. I seemed like i was in a restaurant, sans the bill.
The pool area got quite crowded sometimes. Sunbeds were often reserved early in the morning, made finding a spot difficult.

Our room was quite spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Daily cleaning services ensured fresh bedding, lovely. The room included enough water in the fridge to keep us hydrated daily.

The hotel is situated near the airport, only a few minutes by car. It has direct access to a sandy beach, beautiful. The views of the town and ocean were amazing. We loved the convenience.

Food options at the hotel were varied. We enjoyed lunch at Portofino, it has a relaxed setting. The staff delivered excellent customer service, we particularly appreciated the aperol spritz.

delicious food helpful staff clean premises
The buffet restaurant at the hotel had AMAZING food and various options. The staff were also kind and helpful making our experience even better. The premises were kept VERY clean every day I felt happy in every space. I appreciated the quick service at all the bars. There was never a long wait.
The gym was sometimes busy, especially during peak hours.

The hotel had one pool with limited sunbeds. Guests had to arrive before 7:30 AM to secure a spot. A splash pool is available for families with toddlers. Adults can only use it, not larger pools. There is direct beach access near Beach Bar Tanit.

Our room had a GREAT view of the sea and was cleaned daily by housekeeping. The air conditioning worked well, maintaining a comfortable temperature inside. The room was spacious and well-kept. I felt very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. Guest services quickly organized a nice surprise for my daughter's birthday. The check-in process was smooth. It was really fast.

repetitive dishes limited sunbeds
The buffet lacked variety. the same dishes was repeatedly. i also found the pool area somewhat disappointing. Finding a sunbed after 9 am was impossible. many guests left towels on chairs all day without actually using them, a practice i wish the hotel would address more strictly.

The hotel staff provided amazing support. Naiara and Carlos were especially helpful, and I am grateful for their assistance. I definitely plan to return to this hotel in the future. The hotel location is quite convenient, being only a short taxi ride from the airport. A beautiful beach is also located just outside the back gate. The hotel grounds were always well-kept and clean. The selection of drinks included in the all-inclusive package was quite good, too.
I noticed the walls seemed rather thin. I could clearly hear various sounds at night. This may bother some guests who prefer quieter environments.

wow, the resort was very nice! maria at reception was amazing and very helpful. our room, a superior double room, had very comfortable beds. i enjoyed the many restaurant options and the great food. the location was awesome, very close to the beach!
