Decent location, but issues with service.
small gym overrated prices
The staff was friendly enough. there were problems. I found the prices a bit overrated, especially when considering alternatives nearby. These other hotels offer similar amenities at half the price. The pool closes quite early. 7:00 PM seemed to restrict relaxation options. The gym is small and does not operate 24 hours, an inconvenience.

the location was acceptable. bario gotico and the cathedral are across the street.
The room was the worst i've ever had. it was next to the stairway and the elevator. It was super noisy, and below the laundry. the layout just didn't make sense to me.
