The room featured a bathtub and separate shower. I found this very convenient. also, the breakfast buffet had a very good variety.
the parking costs seemed a bit high at approximately 45€ per night.

the location worked well for cruise access and getting to and from the port was easy. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices for $25. the room size was good and the bed was comfortable with tea and coffee amenities provided.
the air conditioning was difficult to get working properly.

the room included a separate bath and walk-in shower, both were clean and well-kept. the layout allowed for easy movement and relaxation after a long day, as well as offering lots of space for luggage.

sara at the front desk provided really good assistance with a lost suitcase, helping to get it delivered quickly. i found the staff overall to be courteous and attentive , and they addressed any requests promptly.

i found the room very clean. a very nice surprise was little gifts delivered nightly. we also received a complimentary cake because they knew it was my mum's 60th, though her birthday wasn't .
the gym had a couple machines broken.

helpful staff comfortable bed private event limited options
The staff were very helpful and cute at check-in. The room was lovely and clean. It felt great to walk in and relax on a very comfortable bed after a late arrival (it helped me recover quickly!). Complimentary water was provided every day, a really nice touch.
The rooftop bar was closed for a private event . the breakfast, while good, lacked gluten-free options.
