The service was amazing, especially by the waiters at Laurel & Berry, who were very professional and always had a smile on their faces. The location was excellent, overlooking the charming and romantic old town of Rovinj, with must-visit outdoor Infiniti pool and restaurants. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a variety of food and warm dishes that were made fresh, including the wood-fired pizzas. Overall, the stay was delightful and relaxing, with a few areas that could be improved for even better guest satisfaction.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and clean with a big comfy bed, and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds. The view of the old town of Rovinj was breathtaking, with lovely flowers, pine trees, and the sea. The service was top-notch, the staff went above and beyond, even communicating through WhatsApp. The location was perfect, walking distance to the city and offering fantastic views of Rovinj. However, the dining experience, though fabulous, had some challenges during busy times. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

While still showing signs of construction works, the stay was nice overall, with good shower facilities although the mattress was a little hard. The location was ideal for exploring the old town, providing fantastic views of Rovinj. The dining experience was superb, offering a variety of healthy and organic options, and the service, though pleasant, was not entirely competent for a higher-tier hotel.
