The hotel exudes Old Skool charm and perfectly presented rooms, including delightful flowers for my wife's birthday. The rooms are beautifully appointed with fine linens and amenities, creating a fantastic ambiance. However, occasional lack of acknowledgement from some staff members was a minor downside.

The hotel boasts sumptuous rooms with Murano chandeliers and marble bathrooms, but could benefit from more spacious accommodations and additional facilities. The location is amazing, right on the main canal overlooking the Grand Canal with a bar and restaurant terrace, but some remodeling inside might enhance the overall experience. Dining offers a huge selection for an enjoyable experience, although pricing could be a consideration. The service conveys a passionate touch, despite occasional encounters with impolite staff. Overall, a top luxury segment hotel within walking distance of major attractions.
