The hotel location was REALLY great. The hotel had wonderful facilities and great service. The rooms were lovely (especially the decor!). It was a timeless and elegant hotel.

The beach club is superb, and I had access to a private beach. The pool was open in November. The spa services were fantastic. The gym had several weight equipment and cardio machines.

weak wifiuntrained staff
i had some issues . the wifi here is really weak. i could not connect my phone to the internet on the floor i was on. the signal goes away a lot. also, the staff weren't trained for a hotel of this level, it was a dissapointment
