Mitsis Grand Hotel, Rhodes City

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, while a bit outdated, was very clean and functional, thanks to Linda, our housekeeper. The service was top-notch, especially at the poolside eateries. The location was perfect, within walking distance to both the old and new towns. The dining experience was enjoyable with good options available. However, some parts of the room were in need of maintenance, and the bathroom had some issues.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had balconies, plus the mini fridge was replenished every other day with a great selection. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, although there were some issues with the dress code misunderstanding. The location was perfect for sightseeing, close to the beach and Old Town. Dining was delightful, with a good selection of freshly cooked food. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor hiccups.

The hotel provided spacious rooms that smelled fresh and included a stocked-up mini bar, but they seemed very old and in need of renovation. The service was overall professional and friendly, although there were instances of hearing loud voices echoing in the corridor at night. The location was excellent, with easy access to the harbour/old town and public transport just outside. The dining options varied, with some dishes being very good, while others could be improved. The facilities were generally satisfactory.

Staying at Mitsis was a mixed experience. While the sea view room offered a relaxing balcony with amazing views, the room's proximity to the lift made it noisy at times, and the lack of ventilation was noticeable. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with a warm welcome and efficient staff. The location was great, within walking distance to key attractions, and the dining experience had its ups and downs. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
