worn furniture inconsistent temperature
the hotel staff were generally helpful. they assisted with requests quickly.
the room showed its age. the furniture looked worn. i also experienced inconsistent temperatures in the shower, frustrating. the water temperature fluctuated from hot to cold without warning.

the bar staff made AMAZING cocktails. the staff in this hotel created an amazing experience overall and i hope to return. the manager team deserves compliments for their work.
the bathroom had a shower over the bath and a plastic curtain. the hair dryer was old fashioned and on the wall. i found not one drink that wasn't watered down or nice to drink, so i felt disappointed.

friendly staff food variety sunset views
The staff were friendly, and the food options catered well to everyone. I particularly appreciated the variety at the buffet. Cleanliness was a priority, I noticed hand sanitizers everywhere. The sea view room offered amazing sunset views. I had a wonderful experience.
the gym equipment looked a little dated, but it was still functional.

The hotel is near shops and attractions. A walk to the harbor took only about ten minutes, i found this easy. Access to the beach across the road was quick, though it is a busy street.

Staff members greeted me with smiles, always providing prompt assistance. They quickly addressed requests. the guest relations team assisted with bookings. I found them professional. The cleaning staff maintained high standards, ensuring rooms remained super clean.

my room had two separate sinks, ensuring ample space, it was very practical. The rainfall shower provided a refreshing experience, i liked this feature. a daily restocked mini-bar had various drinks.

The hotel included three outdoor pools, one designed for kids. It was great for families. There was an indoor pool also, i didn't use this one. I counted around twenty loungers by the pool.

I saw a pizza stand available until late. This was handy for late arrivals. The buffet restaurant presented a great variety, and the hotel included five distinct restaurants. There was a creperie offering both sweet and savory options.

wonderful experience
attentive staff warm welcome clean hotel smooth experience
The staff was very attentive to my vegan needs. i appreciated the warm welcome and constant smiles from the restaurant staff. the hotel kept very clean and well-organized. i definitely plan to return for another stay. I loved it.
I did notice that paper menus were scarce at the bars. it meant using my phone to scan qr codes. it's a minor inconvenience. I prefer to disconnect on vacation.

the room included a well-stocked mini-bar, replenished daily by housekeeping. the cleaning service was very efficient, and the beds were comfortable. the provided shower had consistent, warm water pressure, which i appreciate.

the buffet had a very large selection of choices. there was always something for everyone, and the quality was consistent. i tried the asian restaurant for dinner and the food was well-prepared and flavorful.

The pools were well kept and clean, with ample sunbeds available. i noticed that the beach was easily accessible from the hotel. It has clear water. the gym had a range of equipment, including treadmills and free weights.

The staff was always friendly, helpful and spoke good english. i really appreciate that they were quick to address any questions. the reception staff were particularly efficient during check-in and check-out. They explained everything clearly.

adequate, but some issues
cocktail quality room noise
the all-inclusive package was acceptable, with dining styles including a main buffet restaurant.
the cocktails tasted watered down, even after consuming a large number of them. the room i stayed in was super noisy, i could clearly hear sounds from the corridor and the room above. i could not sleep well because of it.
