Excellent stay

The resort features multiple pools. The beach access is convenient. I found the water very clean. Staff members happily provided drinks directly at the sunbeds. Both the Japanese and Greek restaurants provided tasty meals. I appreciated the varied entertainment options, especially the rock band.
The alcohol tasted somewhat diluted. I think it is important to note this.

My partner and i booked a couples treatment at the spa, opting for the king and queens 75min treatment. The indoor pool area was calm and serene, boasting comfy seats and loungers. valentina, my therapist, delivered an out-of-this-world massage. I chose a firm and deep massage which was both painful and relaxing. i booked a second treatment, the royal dreams 90 min treatment with evi. It included a cretan massage and face peel, a divine experience and i would visit again.
The only slight issue we faced was the evening entertainment. There weren't enough seats available for everyone wanting to watch, though the shows themselves were enjoyable.

The hotel features three pools and plenty of outside seating. The option to order drinks from the sunbed adds a special touch. the beach is beautiful, and sunbeds remain available later in the day. there is also an on-site spa that can be used if you pay for at least one treatment.

Our double room with a garden view was in a quieter, more peaceful area. Rooms are spacious and cleaned to a high standard every morning. a free minibar on arrival was a nice touch. Toilets are always kept clean.

The complimentary airport transfer used modern cars, really helpful, though I think the driver could have smiled.
The food was very repetitive. I think I saw the same sad tomato slices every day. The local spirits tasted watered down too. I think I needed a magnifying glass to find the alcohol. The hotel claimed to be five stars, but I think they borrowed the stars from a less discerning hotel.

the food service needs serious improvements. often, stations lacked food, especially during peak hours. refills were too slow. getting drinks was also a slow process. small glasses forced me to constantly ask for refills. it was like i was being discouraged from drinking even soft drinks.
