the dining area felt immaculate and the team gave cute service.
the room had a concerning issue. there was a bad smell coming from the drain and it really bothered me. housekeepers did a superficial job with cleaning, though the bedsheets were changed daily.

I really appreciated the great service from nisa, lesley, and ruthe at the front desk. They were a fantastic help. mustafa's service on the pier was excellent. I felt really pampered there. the views from the pier were amazing!!!
I found the noise from nearby entertainment quite disruptive. The music played very loudly until late at night. it impacted my sleep even after moving to another room. i think quieter rooms should be available.

The food was tasty and fresh, offering lots of options to choose from at the restaurant.
I found the wall very thin. I could hear everything, so it was impossible to take a nap because of the housekeeping knocking on other rooms. The sound of vacuuming, people talking day and night, phones ringing and the cars on the street even though our room was in a quiet area all contributed to the problem.

the reception team made check-in seamless. they were quick to assist with any request. the management team and guest relations team ensured our needs were met. the beachfront location offered both comfort and easy access to nearby attractions.
the evening entertainment was repetitive. once it finished, the music ended. everyone left, and the atmosphere disappeared. other hotels had music and socializing, but at this one, everyone went to bed.

The food looked and tasted excellent with a wide selection. the dining area was immaculate and the team were all cute. the room was spacious and came with a french style bed. It was huge and had memory foam. downloading the app is a great idea, as you can view daily activities and book bed and restaurants.
