The hotel offers great technology in very spacious rooms with access to the Club Lounge providing delicious food and a nice environment to relax. However, cleanliness could be improved, and some rooms offer fantastic views of downtown and Burj Khalifa.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although spacious, lacked some details, but the service, especially from Aliya in the reception and Yasmin & Maya in the Club Lounge, was exceptional. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, yet the dining experience left much to be desired.
