I found the staff to be helpful, i thank mohamed moawad for arranging restaurant reservations and accommodating a late check-out request for my room. the hotel provided a convenient and quick airport pickup, i really enjoyed the variety of dining options available. the staff were really good too ensure i had everything i needed. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
The system seemed flawed, and the wi-fi connection was sometimes spotty.

My room included a comfortable king-size bed and a seating area with a sofa. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. fresh towels were provided daily. The housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness. i also had a balcony with a table and chairs.

The staff at the main pool bar were very attentive. They ensured i had drinks and snacks throughout the day. the concierge provided helpful information about local attractions, i also appreciated the prompt response to my requests. the restaurant staff were efficient and friendly.

The hotel beach has vibrant coral reefs, GREAT for snorkeling. The variety of food is elegant. I found themed restaurants to cater to every taste. I spent time relaxing at the pools and enjoyed the evening entertainment programs. I will come back again.
