Solid Stay Near the Haram

Location provides good access. I walked to the Haram in about ten minutes. Many shops and restaurants are nearby , made it very convenient. Staff assistance was present and quick which helped .
The breakfast options were limited. The food did not cater to diverse tastes. I noticed specifically a lack of variety in the bread and pastry selections.

This was very convenient. The hotel also offered a masjid on one of its floors. The breakfast offered was pretty good. It was a buffet.
I noticed some issues with cleanliness. Housekeeping never cleaned the toilets, despite repeated requests. The hotel also did not provide toiletries or towels.

The hotel's proximity to the Masjid al-Haram was fantastic for daily prayers. The lobby café provided excellent coffee, tasty pizzas, and delicious pastries. All were a great value. I found my room to be clean and well kept. The bathrooms were also in excellent working order. The reception area was a pleasant spot for relaxation..
The front desk staff could benefit from additional training to improve their greetings and customer service skills.

The staff accommodated my need to store luggage before check-in, allowing me to complete Umrah immediately. The quick check-in process made the arrival seamless and stress-free, a huge plus after a long journey. This level of service enhanced the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Masjid al-Haram. It is approximately an 11-minute walk when Ibrahim Al-Khalid Road remains open. Footpaths are available, though sometimes narrow. Using the road is relatively safe with caution. This made accessing the holy site very convenient.

The check-in staff demonstrated amazing politeness and helpfulness. They regularly contacted my room to verify my satisfaction and address any requirements i had. The room provided was both spacious and impeccably clean. Complimentary dinner added a special touch to my last week. My children particularly loved their stay here.
the shower door in the bathroom did not properly shut. Consequently, water spilled across the floor each time i showered. This is an area i believe could benefit from some attention.
