i enjoyed the variety of food at the buffet. the team was helpful and kind. the housekeepers took great care of the room. i was happy to relax without needing to reserve a spot at the beach early.

the staff was friendly. i found the room to be well-furnished and clean. the variety of restaurants available ensured i had different dining options each night. the private beach provided a really nice and relaxing spot.
finding a reachable electricity socket near the bed was surprisingly difficult. i had to put the kettle on the ground behind the couch.

I found my stay wonderful, especially the staff's attentiveness. mohamed taha, the guest relations manager, was helpful. i also appreciated the beautifully designed swimming pools. They were a great feature. honestly, there was a lot of cooperation from the staff, and i thank them all for their courtesy.
I did find that there were not enough seats at the pool. This made finding a spot difficult. waiting for drinks and other things took longer than i liked. i hope they can improve this soon.

my beautiful room was clean and well kept, with comfortable furnishings, though the decor was somewhat dated. the amenities provided met my needs, and i had no significant issues. i found the space adequate for my stay.

the location provided easy access to activities and transportation.
the cocktails included were UNDRINKABLE before tipping the staff.. and they really pushed for those tips constantly. this became quite irritating . the constant pressure to tip affected my overall experience in a negative way.

i loved the beautiful landscaping. the resort offers AMAZING mango juice. the pastries were also EXCELLENT. i appreciate them being so helpful when i needed to leave early.
the pool TEMPERATURE was a little too cold for me.
