loose shower head unrepaired issue
The several pools was decent. There were many options for finding a spot.
The shower head was loose and nearly fell off, i asked for it to be repaired but it never happened. I eventually gave up on reporting it.

excellent assistance coral reef
the reception staff including david provided excellent assistance with check-in i stayed in a beautiful double room it featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i appreciate that. the hotel includes multiple pools each well kept and cleaned regularly throughout the day there is also a fantastic beach perfect for snorkeling among coral reefs
the minibar did not refrigerate effectively
