smooth check-inclean roomvast variety
The check-in was smooth. I arrived early and they let me use the facilities. they upgraded my room by 9 a.m. the room itself was clean. housekeeping did towel art daily. guest relations addressed my questions and arranged a birthday cake for my girlfriend at the a la carte restaurant. that's awesome! the food variety was vast. I loved pizza, pasta, and the traditional dishes.
the main pool wasn't heated, only one small pool was! it was a little disappointing.

repetitive foodslow service
I found the food selection rather repetitive, especially at lunch and dinner. After a couple of days, it was like I was eating the same dishes. The evening entertainment lacked variety. Most nights featured similar performances. It would have been nice to see a wider range of shows, maybe something more culturally relevant to the region. The poolside service was often slow, it took a long time to get drinks. The staff seemed understaffed.

loud musicreheated food
The pool music was way too loud, seriously annoying from morning until late. it was hard to relax. plus, the food wasn't amazing. Some of it seemed reheated from previous nights. i expect better quality for the price paid.
