Fantastic Stay, A True Gem!

attentive staff great room quick housekeeping

The staff was attentive. Mahmoud at reception provided us with a great room that suited our needs. Housekeeping was also amazing and always quick to respond. I felt well taken care of .

The gym can get quite crowded during peak hours.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the airport, made our arrival and departure very easy. There are local shops nearby, easily accessible by taxi. This provided a great balance between accessibility and seclusion. I really liked that.

The room cleaning was not thorough. I noticed food stains on the cutlery. It was the staff just cleaned and put it back. there was no terrace bar available.

the noise begun early, i believe around 7 am, and didn't stopped till late evening. also, they really seemed to skimp on the breakfast buffet variety. I expected more for the price i payed.
