Good hotel with minor drawbacks

The room was spacious and modern. The mini bar was well stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks. The restaurants provided excellent food and service. I found the staff to be among the friendliest I have encountered at a hotel.
The check-in process was slow. I experienced inconsistencies between the two rooms that I booked. Some items were missing in one room, though present in the other. The free activities were limited to small windows of time, which restricted availability.

good food variety fresh towels inconsistent service cleanliness issue
i found the staff attentive and helpful. the food at the Palm Court Restaurant offered a good variety, especially at breakfast. i liked the fresh towels provided daily near the pools. it WAS useful.
the service felt inconsistent at times. i noticed a lack of attention to detail in some areas, like the cleanliness of common areas.

long check-in dirty floor
The minibar was fully stocked and replenished daily. It was a nice perk.
The check-in process took too long! it was very uncomfortable, everything seemed like a massive inconvenience for the front desk people. our child dropped something under the bed. It was filthy UNDER there. towels were always in short supply
