The resort location was great. It was easy to get around. the variety of restaurants gave me many choices . the spa was a fantastic experience. I had some of the best treatments i've ever experienced.
The check-in process was slow and disorganized. It felt unwelcoming. the lady at check-in was confusing, she initially assigned me to the wrong floor. the key card didn't work several times.

The minibar was fully stocked and replenished daily. It was a nice perk.
The check-in process took too long! it was very uncomfortable, everything seemed like a massive inconvenience for the front desk people. our child dropped something under the bed. It was filthy UNDER there. towels were always in short supply
