Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had well-designed and clean, albeit small, rooms that were very comfortable and insulated from the street noise below. The service was fantastic, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The location was excellent for exploring Cape Town's attractions, although it could be noisy at night. The dining experience was good, with a nice variety of meals, despite some areas for improvement. Overall, a great stay with excellent service.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were a bit disappointing in terms of cleanliness and size, not exactly as shown in the pictures, but they were still nicely decorated and offered a comfortable stay. The service was average, with some friendly staff but lacking in overall friendliness. The location was superb, with everything I needed within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience was good overall, with a nice variety, though I had to ask for a menu. The facilities were adequate during my stay.
