The staff showed really good flexibility. They accommodated my late arrival with ease. the prompt airport transfer was smooth. the room offered abundant natural light, a warm, inviting atmosphere. i found everything clean. i had a lovely meal on the roof top restaurant!
The prayer calls from the nearby mosque started early, around 4:45 am. It interrupted my sleep.

The airport transfer was REALLY convenient and included a spacious van. I was greeted with mango juice, HOW NICE. The room is modern, and CLEAN, i liked it. The shower was AMAZING and the beds were so comfy! I had room service AND THE food was seriously a ten.
The prayer call early in the morning was unexpected.

the staff helped arrange a pickup from the boating port. they provided transportation to the airport the next day. the cloud restaurant located in the hotel offered delicious food, i ate there twice.
The room was not like the pictures. It was much smaller. the bathroom was dim, and the bidet stopped working the first day. the room light uses a depressing white tone.

The staff was very attentive. They addressed needs immediately. The room kept clean, important to me. Check-in and check-out process good. I appreciated the welcome drink they provided upon arrival.
The hotel is next to a mosque, and the early morning prayers are quite loud. It did wake me up earlier than expected.

the staff were WONDERFUL. the representative of the hotel waited for us in an air conditioned van. we had a smooth transfer to the airport. the staff opened breakfast for us 30 minutes ahead of schedule.
