Lovely Stay in the Hills

The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering great views. I used the fitness center. It had modern equipment and was very clean. The breakfast buffet had a WIDE range of choices, including local dishes. The staff was very attentive and quick to respond to my requests.
The hotel decor felt a little dated in some areas.

inattentive staffstained carpets
The service in the restaurant seemed subpar. i observed delays in clearing tables after guest finished, and the staff were not attentive enough. the presentation in public areas needed work. I saw some stained carpets and dusty furniture. this contrasted with the claim of a 5 stars.

decent stay with minor issues

the gym had a decent selection of equipment i used the treadmills they seemed fairly new. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options including local dishes it was well stocked. staff were friendly and helpful most spoke english well. the room service was prompt my orders arrived quickly and accurately.
the room i was initially assigned had a musty odor it was noticeable upon entry. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy especially at night it disrupted my sleep. the pool area lacked sufficient shade finding a spot out of the sun was difficult.

I stayed at this AMAZING place for a few days. The breakfast had a wide array of choices, I found local and international options. The staff was helpful. Their attentiveness enhanced my experience. I really appreciate the gym with its modern equipment.
During my visit, I did find that the sound isolation between rooms was not ideal. I sometimes heard noise from adjacent rooms. This impacted my rest, especially during early mornings.
