I felt like a VIP at this hotel with its marbled lobby, fantastic food, and amazing ambience. The guest room was large, luxurious, and made me feel truly special. However, the main road just outside caused a bit of noise, which was a downside.

The hotel's location is super convenient to major tourist attractions, but the traffic noise from the main road outside ITC Grand Chola can be bothersome. The dining experience offers a huge variety of South and North Indian, Continental, Chinese, and Pan Asian delicacies. The facilities provided are elaborate and the hospitable staff enhance the dining experience. The entire experience was great, but the traffic noise was a bit of a downside.
