this hotel is beautiful i enjoyed my 3 night stay so much. the king bed balcony garden view club access complimentary airport transfers from dabolim mopa airport was fine with all the amenities i needed. the staff was very friendly and helpful making my experience special.
the beach access area needed cleaning and maintenance which was a letdown since i love spending time by the sea i hope they fix it soon.

there are multiple outdoor swimming pools and an indoor pool available to use it had complimentary steam sauna and jacuzzi access that was fantastic.

The spa offered adequate options and clean spaces.
I waited an hour for a breakfast table at the restaurant. I was then directed to another restaurant lacking half the breakfast options. Staff requested payment immediately after delivering food to our rooms. This seemed distrustful given our room expenditure. Rooms had a stale odor, as if they were unused for a long time.

i found numerous places to relax throughout the hotel. the breakfast staff were excellent and attentive to our needs. sangeeta was really good, ensuring every request was handled perfectly before our arrival. she organised everything from airport transfers to special treats for my children with great care and professionalism.
the pool closes relatively early which limited evening swims a minor drawback.

the hotel provides both an outdoor pool and an indoor pool plus a jacuzzi. i saw many activities available for children ensuring entertainment for younger guests. there also was to be ongoing landscaping enhancing the grounds.

the king room had a balcony offering a nice view of the pool area. the bathroom included very clean amenities. the rooms felt spacious and comfortable. there were thoughtful gestures from the housekeeping team enhancing the stay experience.

the breakfast and dinner buffets are lavish and varied, with many options. the dining room staff, especially rajesh, provided excellent service with politeness and friendliness. the food quality was consistently excellent. the bakery items were lovely.

the hotel grounds and the setting are very beautiful. i loved the restaurants and the service was excellent throughout my stay. the sunsets are very very nice and nice. i also appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance to a high standard.
the breakfast experience on one day was not ideal. i experienced what seemed like an attempt to divert guests to a makeshift breakfast location. this felt inconvenient and unnecessary.
