The room featured a foot and leg massager. A thoughtful touch after a long day. the breakfast buffet included authentic filter coffee, which i found very tasty. the reception staff were efficient and attentive. i found the hotel's location very convenient, especially for accessing the main shopping area.
i did have a minor issue with the power supply card insert not functioning correctly in my suite.

i totally loved how attentive the staff was. damo helped wrap a fragile box for my flight check-in and it was so neatly packed! the team is so great, providing really good service. i am definitely planning on visiting again. the warm smiles greeted me every day.

My room. A serene executive double or twin room, was spacious. it had all amenities, even a foot and leg massager. i used the machine and it was so relaxing, after a long day.
the service was a total miss. entrees were undercooked and i could taste the raw spices.

I had issues with discounts i was entitled to. the staff informed me i was not eligible for a 15% discount on food and beverages. the bill did not reflect it. I had to confirm it with the reception.
