The room was well-equipped with world-class fittings. I found everything to be perfectly placed in the room. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. The hotel overall felt very lively and well maintained.

I was given an interconnecting room. sound carried easily. my neighbours were shouting and arguing late at night and early in the morning. i did not sleep well. It was very irritating as i was jet-lagged! the hotel did little beyond apologising, even when the noise continued.

The staff cooked Jain food for us, I was grateful. I appreciated the helpfulness of Mr Ashitosu and Miss MaryGold. Miss Muskan, Chef Ruffy, and Mr Vijay were also very cooperative.
The air conditioning did not work well. I called multiple times with no change.

the room was large and very clean. it featured a basket of fresh fruit to welcome me. the bathroom was spacious (it had a great shower with hot water!). staff members were attentive and checked if i needed anything. the breakfast was sumptuous and the staff was available to bring coffee or omelets over from the station.

the allocated room was comfortable on the 20th floor, it was clean and spacious. this room included several amenities like a mini bar with a nice view and a large bathroom.
