excessively loud missing utensils
the room service provides an extensive menu with many choices available.
The music from a nearby disco was excessively loud at night and this prevented sleep. also, utensils were missing when my meal came. It required considerable effort to obtain cutlery. i find that to be completely unacceptable.

attentive staff really good service special stay
The staff were attentive. dumith and the reception team ensured my comfort. the executive lounge staff provided really good service. Even the laundry staff were amazing. i appreciated their dedication to making my stay special.
the loud music continued past 2 am. it disrupted the peace i had hoped for. the noise affected my rest.

I enjoyed the lagoon restaurant for dinner. It maintains high standards. the red curry white fish impressed me. The tamarind cuttlefish was also excellent. dilini and others offered helpful service, which i appreciated greatly.

This hotel offered a very smooth check in. The staff were very hospitable. My room included two separate sinks. The hotel held my luggage until my airport taxi arrived. Dumith in the front office was very helpful.
The food ordering system for breakfast was disorganized. Guests ordering through waiters caused waits.

The service I experienced was superb. The staff were always ready to assist with any request. I especially appreciated the attentiveness of the team at the Coffee Stop. I found the coffee was excellent there (and the service made it even better!).

the hotel provided great service. the staff cleaned the table quickly. indisa was very helpful with the menu. aveesha gave us excellent service. she attended to every need of our group. the hotel was excellent and the rooms were ideally planned.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The food at the Nuga Gama restaurant tasted very good. The gym included ample equipment. I found the pool warm and inviting for a refreshing swim.
I noticed barely any air conditioning in some corridors, made them quite warm.
