The hotel is situated in Doha, surrounded by some offices and other hotels. The rooms are like a home, big, spacious, and comfortable, although an attached balcony room would have been nice. The service is extremely friendly, especially with special requests like with their manager Samrat ensuring guest needs are well understood. The location, although a bit off route, offers a relaxed and tranquil setting in the garden. The dining experience over breakfast with multiple cuisine choices is delicious and of high quality. The facilities are top-notch, with grilled dishes as a highlight.

The customer service from Sheetal, Bandana, Usha, and Arpita was exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. However, there were some challenges with communication despite efforts to contact them. Overall, the hotel offers a decent value for money stay with attentive staff and nice room amenities.
