the reef pool water villa was amazing! the steps led directly into the ocean where i could snorkel. i observed fish, turtles, and even sharks. the staff assisted me well.

the gift shop items were overpriced. it was hard to find everyday items there.

my stay included a reef pool water villa. the villa offered immediate reef access. i liked the sunrises i saw there. the sports activity was available. the staff member named hasan provided me help.

i found the customer service lacking. alisa did not respond to my messages on my last day. reservations i made at the marine center were not found. i faced reservation issues with the restaurant.
