the suite featured a separate bedroom. there was also a comfortable lounge and a well-appointed bathroom! the bed provided really good comfort. the monkeys roaming the grounds provided constant entertainment. the staff were great too accommodate every need.
the hotel's décor shows slight wear and tear, particularly in the bathrooms, but it didn't affect my overall stay.

The rooms felt outdated. the bathroom needed work (i saw some cracked tiles). the breakfast was disappointing. The coffee tasted stale and the buffet lacked variety.

the food, oh my gosh, was seriously amazing! they really took care of my sons allergies, i am so happy. the staff are super helpful and friendly, always smiling. its location is so close to the national park entrance, so perfect for safaris!
the gym was a letdown, i was wanting to use it, it were below what i hoped for. sunbeds need a good cleaning and spa fell short on my standards. i felt a bit uncomfortable reporting these, i wish they do better with it
