good buffet wide variety excellent service fruit bats constant music expensive drinks
the breakfast buffet was really good. the food was fresh and offered a wide variety of options. mr kunal provided excellent service at the pool. i always felt well taken care of.
our room faced some trees, and i could hear fruit bats there. the constant music from a local club was annoying at night. drinks were very expensive, and the hotel seemed to charge for everything, even an extra key.

a very pleasant stay
friendly staff professional dealing plentiful food valuable recommendation
the staff became like friends . i found dealing with any issues to be professional and handled with understanding. food and drink were varied and plentiful, with two separate bars offering many drinks. the tour groups partnered with the hotel have extensive experience, so their recommendations proved valuable.
i found the soundproofing in the room to be not great, so i could hear some noise from outside.

the hotel staff offered great service, and they were always proactive when i asked for something. the cute atmosphere really stood out, a nice personal touch. the team addressed requests quickly and efficiently.

the room provided daily cleaning with fresh linen. the provided amenities. air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay, a welcome feature in the warmer climate.

the breakfast offered various options from eggs cooked in different styles to multiple breads. i also found several types of salami, cheeses, and cereals. tables were kept clean. there was sufficient dining space.

the hotel is near a beach, so i enjoyed the proximity. the central location made it simple to walk to the town center. i found shops and restaurants nearby. it's easy to get around.

warm greeting convenient proximity
the staff greeted guests warmly on arrival the reception area was well maintained. i appreciated the convenient proximity to the bay it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. i found the boat house staff particularly helpful during water sports activities.
the hotel charged extra for basic amenities such as an additional key and laundry bag i thought these items should be included. the noise from a nearby club was noticeable at night especially on the balcony. this affected the calmness i expected.

the privilege room included a balcony that overlooked the sea it offered a nice view. the room had adequate space for belongings but the bathroom fixtures looked basic. fruit bats were visible from the balcony near the trees.
