The location was excellent. Close to the metro and various shops! I found the door and security staff provided an really good service, always ensuring safety. The bar staff offered prompt service with well-chilled beers, a good treat after a day exploring. I appreciated the helpful travel desk, especially Mr Xavier, who assisted with planning.
It detracted from the experience. This odor, combined with older carpets in the corridor, impacted the overall ambiance. I believe addressing this smell would enhance guest comfort.

The Executive Double Room had ample space, with clean and well kept interiors. Comfortable beds and neatly kept linens added to the quality of the room. The air conditioning was effective, ensuring a comfortable temperature at all times.

The hotel is near the metro and offers easy access to local attractions. A short walk takes you to the Ernakulam jetty. This allows for convenient travel to Fort Cochin. Uber services are readily available.

The restaurant provided a good selection of drinks, including beer and wine. Freshly made appam from the live counter was tasty, this complemented the other offerings. The breakfast included omelettes.
