the lobby cafe provided a lovely coffee and croissant before my departure.
the digital check-in system had some problems. the links in the confirmation message did not function. this made arrival a bit difficult and frustrating (it was quite annoying, actually).

the location was conveniently close to the airport.
the bathroom was quite disappointing. the shower lacked a proper door and this caused significant flooding after each use. the entire floor remained soaked for hours and that created a slipping hazard and inconvenience for me.

The staff is nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. From the bed linen to the amenities, everything added to a wonderful stay. The room attendant was courteous and made sure the room was immaculate every day.
I found the location to be surprisingly difficult to access. I use GPS, but i still had a hard time. I wish there was something to fix this. Perhaps better signage is necessary.

My room includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows felt comfortable. I sleeped well in the Beautiful King Room.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. There are free shuttles to the city centre. This made it easy to explore. I used the shuttles a lot .

the first room they gave me was not clean it also seemed old i think the hotel could improve on room cleanliness. additionally there were issues with cleaning the room which required us to ask them to do so i think this is not expected at a 5 stars hotel

The design felt very outdated and didn't quite match the modern style one expects. Shops seemed rather distant, requiring transportation. plus, the security personnel gave off an unnerving vibe. the furniture was just not my cup of tea.

the location worked well for my brief visit as it was very close to the airport. i received a newly renovated room, i found it quite nice. the breakfast was really good (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection).

My room was a beautiful king room and i appreciated the generous space (approximately 45 square meters). the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. I found the water pressure in the shower to be excellent. the room temperature control was efficient and responsive.
