room smell slow check-in
Check-in took too long. I had requested a higher floor in advance but did not get it. The room smelled like smoke despite my request for a non-smoking room. The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns about the smell, and a proper solution was not offered. I also found the minibar prices excessively expensive.

I enjoyed the spacious beautiful room guest room twin or single beds. there was a grand view overlooking the street. the staff was very polite. Cleanliness was top notch!
the coffee machine wasn't working the first day.

really good hospitality kind smile warm personality
ms. yamin and hanna offered really good hospitality, a special touch. ms. yamin always greeted me with a kind smile. the warmth and attentiveness. i will definitely return soon!!!
the service could use some improvement in certain areas. sometimes it seemed like the staff were not fully attentive. i think additional training could help.

the staff were always available to assist with my needs. the concierge service was prompt in handling requests. the bell service was efficient in managing luggage, too. the team really made a difference.

the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of fresh fruit. the selection of cereals had some options. fresh juice stations were abundant. the food was AMAZING!!!
