I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were well-cleaned by Qasim, Amrit, and Peter, although there was a small issue with the booking process. The service staff were friendly and professional, except for a slight incident of neglect towards Asian guests. The location was convenient, although taxis weren't always readily available. The dining experience was exceptional, especially thanks to the attentive staff at the swimming pool. The facilities were top-notch, providing a great overall experience.

The hotel is situated in a great location, right at the beginning of Sheikh Zayed Road, making it close to the Dubai Mall, City Walk, and Jumeirah. The rooms are absolutely stunning and clean, with all fixtures being top-notch due to the newness of the place.
