the valet parking service was very bad. one car was blocking my car. the manager did nothing, he see me frustrated without calling the other car person.

The room was clean. It was spacious. The SPA zone exceeded my expectations, it was amazing. The breakfast room service was nice. The pancakes tasted delicious!

There was no hot water available for two days! The water was turned off during the day and brown when turned back on. The pool and sauna were closed. I noticed electric cables connected on the floor with only electrical tape. I was worried about stepping on them after a shower.

My studio was spacious and well kept, equipped with all essentials. I found the utensils clean and ready for immediate use. He is a professional gentleman.

I experienced a problem with electricity one day and had trouble turning off all the lamps. It took some time for the staff to address the issue. This was an inconvenience during an otherwise great stay.
