My stay at the hotel was not as expected. The staff was behaving strange and took a long time to separate the beds in my room. Despite trying to fix the AC, the room was still uncomfortably hot. However, the hotel location was nice and the staff exhibited professionalism while keeping customers satisfied.
My stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare. The rooms were a complete mess, dirty, and smelly. The room service was weird, with towels not being replaced, and essentials like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion missing. And if that wasn't enough, the hotel seemed to be hosted by ghosts! My husband and I couldn't sleep well due to strange movements and sensations at night, making us feel like we were not alone. The staff's suspicious behavior only added to the unsettling experience.
