Adequate stay with SOME issues
slow parking broken television
The television in my room DIDN'T work. I informed maintenance, BUT they were unable to resolve it. Valet parking was slow. Waiting was frustrating. I wish guests had access instead of always waiting.

The location proves very convenient. staff members exhibited really good hospitality throughout my stay. the value for money is quite satisfactory (considering everything it offers). the size of the room i booked was amazing. It felt more like an apartment.
i noticed that the bathtub showed some signs of wear. the silicone sealant was not applied well, and there was some rust underneath. the wall tiles had some mold spots too.

The hotel offers diverse options including a gym on the 18th floor, alongside multiple restaurants, some with live music. I especially appreciated the poolwith a shaded section and about twenty loungers.

the beautiful king room included two separate sinks, allowing ample space. a rainfall shower head complemented the well-appointed bathroom. there were sufficient electricity sockets available, made working easy.

I found the reception staff efficient during check-in and check-out. the concierge service provided by suhail was particularly helpful. i liked how the staff handled requests via whatsapp. It was very efficient.

the reception staff were cute. the breakfast had a good selection of items. i received a complimentary room upgrade. the staff demonstrated helpfulness , especially with directions and local recommendations.
the gym equipment felt slightly dated, it could benefit from a refresh.

the staff acknowledged our anniversary. the room provided city views at night (it was romantic). we dined at the hotel's restaurant, and the experience felt special.
i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, especially around the bathtub, showing some rust that could use some attention.
