woah! this place rocks!

i really loved this hotel, the location is prime and the facilities are superb. i totally exceeded my expectations, i did! the staff, jem, kimberly and alina, were mega helpful, they helped me with everything. the breakfast had a great, daily varied menu, i loved it. i did all my shopping at day to day mall, its only 300 meters from the hotel!
the gym has a bit small pool, but i still could swim.

the fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, it is great! the outdoor pool has twenty loungers and a shaded area, i chilled there for hours. guests have easy access to nearby shopping centers, so cool.

the front desk is available twenty four hours a day, they rock! the hotel offers concierge services and tour assistance, i booked a tour. daily housekeeping ensures rooms are always tidy, they are very quick!

the main restaurant offers buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, yum! there are many oriental and western dishes. the cafe provides snacks and drinks throughout the day, the coffee is strong. room service is available twenty four seven, it's so helpful!

The gym facilities were rather disappointing. Several machines were out of service, impacting my workout routine. the water dispenser was empty at 8:30 a.m, so access to hydration was unavailable. i also found the breakfast arrangement chaotic. Many guests favored one restaurant, resulting in a shortage of seating. the hotel should improve maintenance and manage the distribution of guests during peak hours more effectively.

The breakfast included many options. I found both continental and indian buffet breakfast options available. The room was spacious with nice amenities.
The pillows had A dusty smell. I ended up sneezing the next day so cleanliness in that area needs improvement. The shower pressure was low and the water temperature fluctuated a lot.

Really good Hospitality in a Prime Location

The commodore suite was clean and spacious. The front desk workers showed excellent hospitality. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, especially for vegetarians. The chefs and staff were cordial (i especially liked the omelettes!).
There was some delay when i ordered something from reception. The front office manager didn't upgrade my room from beautiful to premium room.

The hotel is situated near downtown. Top attractions and shopping malls are easily accessible from here. It made exploring the city quite convenient. Restaurants were also located nearby, offering dining options.
